Does Embiral store my documents?
Embiral does not store your documents: it connects to your sources (Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and works on a unified view, keeping your files where they are.
We do store vector embeddings (numerical representations of the content) that are essential to power the AI features: RAG chatbot, semantic search and report generation. These embeddings cannot be used to reconstruct the original document and are never shared outside your workspace.
What exactly does the AI do?
It extracts custom metadata from every document to classify them automatically, feeds a RAG chatbot with your company's knowledge, and generates reports and dashboards from all that information.
What kind of company is it designed for?
It is a cross-industry product applicable to any sector, especially useful for SMBs taking their first leap into AI that need to organize and leverage their information without migration projects.
